As Indonesia’s industrial landscape continues to evolve, SEIN (Samudera Energi Industri Nusantara) is taking a major step forward by expanding its manufacturing capacity in Gresik, East Java. This strategic move is driven by increasing national demand for reliable heavy machinery and large-scale industrial project solutions.
The new 20,000-square-meter facility houses advanced CNC machining systems, robotic welding arms, and heavy-duty assembly lines, all designed to boost production efficiency and ensure precision at every stage of manufacturing. With this expansion, SEIN’s production capacity has grown by over 40%, allowing faster turnaround times and greater flexibility in meeting client needs.
In an official statement, SEIN’s Managing Director, Ir. Hendra Pratama, emphasized,
“This expansion reflects our long-term vision to strengthen Indonesia’s industrial independence. By integrating smart manufacturing systems and sustainable production methods, SEIN aims to deliver not only more machines but better-quality solutions that last.”
The facility also includes an R&D center focusing on innovation in energy-efficient machinery and material optimization. This investment aligns with SEIN’s mission to become Indonesia’s leading engineering and project manufacturing company, supporting the country’s growing infrastructure, mining, and energy sectors.
